Scraper Conveyor Permanent Magnet-Gear Drive System

NGC’s MGDS-S scraper conveyor permanent magnetic gear drive system is a groundbreaking mechatronic product, specifically engineered for the unique conditions found in coal mines. The system combines a frequency converter, a permanent magnet motor, gear transmission, and a detachable chain tightener. It leverages a range of technologies, including optimized electromechanical system torque fluctuation, NVH control, improved efficiency, and optimized topology. This allows it to fully harness the high efficiency of permanent magnet motors, the high torque density ratio of gear transmissions, and the intelligent control of frequency conversion systems.
